Poor Back Posture Tips

Suffering from poor back posture is one of the fastest ways for you to develop long-term back pain that can become quite detrimental over time.  Once you begin to suffer from back pain typically it can take months, if not years, for it to fully go away, that is if it doesn’t end up being chronic.

Ideally you want your feet pointed forwards about shoulder width apart.  This is what will ensure that you’re in the best position to maintain good back posture.

Go With The Natural Alignment Of The Body

Finally, don’t work against your body.  Some people do naturally have a slight sway to their back and that’s fine.  As long as you aren’t talking extreme here, some natural sway is perfectly alright.  It’s when the sway is overemphasized that you’ll usually find your back in a misalignment position that then can lead to stress on those lower back vertebrae.
